Often referred to as « Gold of the Earth », Pouilly-Fuissé is a “Grand Vin Blanc de Bourgogne” made from the Chardonnay grape variety. You will appreciate its particularly powerful and rich bouquet. It is the ideal match for seafood as well as white meats and poultry.

In our winery, we make 6 different Pouilly-Fuissé wines from different parcels of land.Each wine has its own personality that reflects the very soil from which it originates, thereby faithfully expressing its respective terroir .

Pouilly-Fuissé "Alliance Vergisson"

A blend of three parcels of land with vines between 30 and 45 years of age, this wine is very mineral, fat and well balanced.
Pouilly-Fuissé "En France"
This wine comes from 30 year old vines located on chalky soil. The minerality expresses itself through the power and length of the wine which also reveals delicious aromas of fresh fruits.

Adjacent to our home, these southern-facing vines are 40 to 50 years old bestowing upon the wine aromas of citrus fruit and minerality. While it is enjoyable to drink young this wine also offers a promising future.

From a small parcel of land with 25 year old vines, this wine teems with superb minerality – hence the name “La Roche” which means stone in French. It is rich and fruity both in power and length.

Hanging from the rock of Vergisson, some of the vines on this parcel are up to 60 years old which confer depth and richness to the wine.

Pouilly-Fuissé "En Buland Vieilles Vignes"
Located on the slope of the Roche de Solutré, this north-east-facing parcel nourishes 70-year old vines. From this terroir derives a complex and subtle wine. The resulting Pouilly-Fuissé is powerful in substance and exceptionally mineral.
