Referred to as “White Gold” because of its noticeable gold coast, Saint Véran is a “Grand Vin Blanc de Bourgogne” made from the Chardonnay grape variety. In our winery, we make two different Saint Véran harvested on the town of Davayé.

In addition to our Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint Véran, we also make a Mâcon-Vergisson, also 100% Chardonnay.

Saint-Véran "En Crèches"

This south-eastern-facing parcel is in a warm and sheltered basin with white chalky soil. 60% of the production is barrel-aged, the rest is aged in tank.
The wine is fruity with an enjoyable mouth suggesting minerality and white flowers.

Saint-Véran "Les Pommards"
This wine comes from 40 year old vines located on a north-east-facing parcel. It is barrel aged, rich and fat with beautiful fruit in a long and concentrated mouth.
Plot "En Crèches"
Mâcon Vergisson

Located on high altitude chalky soil with 22 year-old vines facing south-east, the wine is barrel-aged and abounds with minerals and lemon-butter.
